Through three speakers labeled “Writer” “Performer” “Director” one voice says from each a different word from the twisting phrase “is that life my life” in metronomic rhythms. The notion of possession is fixed within the simplest of phrases, as in my life, my body, my work. The voice here trembles comedically into a tragicomedy where what is considered as fundamental is staged and pushed to its limit. The voice as production is fractured. Played in loop, the sound installation is meant to fill the exhibition space atmospherically.
